Yoga for Adults


Dynamic histolic yoga for flexibility, aerobic workout and relaxation. Irena brings philosophy, meditation and breathing techniques to calm your mind and improve your well being.

Pregnancy Yoga


Birthlight

From 16 weeks to 40 weeks each class incorporates relaxation, postures, breathing, pelvic floor exercises,and to ease tired shoulders and backs. 

Relaxation is always at the beginning and end of the class and time for questions.  Classes are small to give you personal attention in your new journey to Motherhood.  A  workshop about pain relief and massage techniques during labour for you and partner to attend is also incorporated in the course.

Yoga for Teens /
Young Adults
 
Young adults are welcomed into the general classes from 14 years of age. They face many hurdles growing into adulthood. Yoga will help with confidence and calm nerves during stressful times e.g. Exams.

Also Irena prepares your son or daughter for the Duke of Edinburgh award which would require a 14 week course.
 
 

Yoga for Babies


Birthlight

Yoga for Mother and Baby.

Baby Yoga for muscle coordination, good digestion and sleep. Massage to promote emotional security. Gentle yoga for mum's posture, shoulders and tum.

Training with Birthlight, Irena is a qualified lyengar method teacher and certified by the Yoga Alliance Intl Teachers Association.
