Yin Yoga

Yin yoga works deeply into our bodies with supported passive long-held stretches. It targets the deep connective tissues in the body: tendons, ligaments and the fascia. It is both relaxing and energising.

A yin practice is suitable for beginners, but is also very beneficial and complementary for those who regularly practise other styles of yoga.

Practising yin yoga improves circulation and flexibility, reduces stress and anxiety, calms the mind and body and can help to promote better sleep.

I currently offer a weekly group Yin Yoga class:
